Corporate checks cannot be accepted. Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes. Cash contributions over $100 cannot be accepted. An Ohio taxpayer may claim a credit for contributions made to political campaign committees of candidates for statewide office or the General Assembly. The credit is the lesser of the amount contributed or $50 for an individual return or $100 for a joint return. Please note that The Cordray Committee is not permitted to accept campaign contributions from a provider of services or goods under contract with the department of job and family services pursuant to the Medicaid program of Title XIX of the "Social Security Act," 49 Stat. 620 (1935), 42 U.S.C. 301, as amended, or from any person having an ownership interest in the provider.
