Non-Partisan, non-profit Veterans and Military Families for Progress endorse Richard Cordray for Ohio's next Attorney General.
Columbus, Ohio -- Veterans and Military Families for Progress, Ohio Chapter (www.vmfp.org) proudly and enthusiastically announce the endorsement of Richard Cordray for Ohio's next Attorney General in the upcoming November 2008 election.
Founded in 2005, VMFP is dedicated to ensuring that the rights and needs of veterans, active-duty service members, and their families are understood by the American public, endorsed by our elected officials, and protected by legislation, regulation, and public policy initiatives.
Mr. Cordray's commitment to our veterans and their families cannot be questioned. Mr. Cordray's strong commitment to the issues that are critical to veterans, those serving now, and their families is unsurpassed. His public support was demonstrated as former State Treasurer in creating the Interstate Pact for children of military personnel, as well as his determination to fight for receipt of funding for new veterans, gives veterans and their families hope that at long last, we have a public servant who will keep the faith of those who protect us and recognize the sacrifice made by military families.
We feel veterans, active duty, reservists, National Guard, military families, and in fact, all people of Ohio will be well served with Richard Cordray as their Attorney General by ensuring America remains strong by his consistent fairness and reliable performance as an excellent public servant.
